
Here’s the process we follow to ensure your event is extraordinary…
Choose Your Location!
Your Tipi event can be here, in the beautiful grounds of the Estate, or you can choose your own dream location!
Talk To The Team
We will spend time getting to know you and all your requirements in order to create the perfect tailored package. This isn’t just your Tipis, this can be for toilets, furniture, decor and more!
Site Visits
One of our team will meet you at your chosen location. This helps us better understand exactly what you are looking for, and allows us to assess the suitability of the site.
Pay Deposit
You will receive your bespoke quotation. We will be on hand to discuss any changes or additions you’d like to make. When you are happy, a 25% deposit will secure your dates.
Ongoing Support
While you plan your big day, we are here to help! We want to make sure everything is perfect for you. We can even suggest other vendors, such as caterers and florists.
Venue Setup
We set up your Tipis two days before your event, whenever possible, giving you lots of time for those finishing touches! If you have chosen Carr Mount as your venue, we are on hand all day, so everything runs smoothly.
