We cannot begin to thank you enough for making our perfect dream wedding a unique reality.
Our day was just as we had envisaged it and even more elegant, informal, intimate and simple, with every single detail and bespoke request we had, fulfilled effortlessly. You also made our experience unbelievably stress-free thanks to all your hard work and superior service. There wasn’t any request or favour you couldn’t help us with… storing my dress, recommending outstanding caterers at the last minute, transporting and escorting our guests in the rain, hiding the bride from the groom unexpectedly. There are too many more to mention.
You had a unique balance of faultless professionalism and a personal, warm, friendly approach to the service you provided us throughout our whole experience at Carr Mount.
Although our wedding was organised in a matter of weeks, you were all more than accommodating at each and every meeting and phone call, going ‘above and beyond’ for each request we made. You made us and our 20 guests feel incredibly welcome in your stunning home.
As much as Carr Mount is amazingly unique and beautiful, it is also your family home, which could be easily dismissed. You and your home hosted a day that John and I will never forget; the happiest day of our lives. It was the last gathering my 92-year-old grandad was fit enough to attend and to this day, each and every time we or anybody else visits him he always talks about our wedding and it being the best wedding he has ever been to.
We were looking through our wedding album the other day and such wonderful memories came flooding back, and maybe the odd tear of happiness too.
You and Carr Mount will always hold a special place in our hearts and we quite often talk about our day and proudly tell everyone where we got married.

The team were always there to give help, advice, catering for our every personal whim finding solutions to every challenge we faced them with – no request was too much trouble and they were always a delight to deal with and most of all wanted to make the occasion unique to us!
