We’re here to answer any questions you may have about our venue or advise you on the tipi hiring process. Equally, we’re happy to visit an alternative venue of your choosing to check suitability.

Here’s the process we follow to ensure
your event is extraordinary...

Tipi & Venue Hire

You would like to have your wedding or event at Carr Mount Estate in one of our wonderful tipis!
  • Step 1

    Contact our friendly team via email or phone. We will talk through your requirements and tailor the perfect package for you. All events are unique and we pride ourselves on providing a wonderful venue for your special occasion.

  • Step 2

    You will receive our quotation, verbal acceptance or acceptance via email will secure your date for 10 days.

  • Step 3

    A 25% deposit then secures your date! You can sit back and relax knowing your tipis are booked.

  • Step 4

    We will soon be in touch to arrange a visit for you to come to the estate to disucss everything and firm up any finer details. We can help in areas such as suggesting caterers, photographers and florists etc. Also, please consider our accommodation for your guests.

  • Step 5

    We will remain in contact with you and also ask that you keep us updated with anything we may need to know, such as any suppliers you wish to use to check suitability and access / timings on the day.

  • Step 6

    Your tipi will be erected on the estate up to 2 days before the event, so access can be gained for dressing and final touches before the day.

  • Step 7

    We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to the estate. We will be on hand at all times to ensure things run smoothly!

Nationwide Tipi-Hire

You have chosen your own venue and would like to hire one of our wonderful tipis!
  • Step 1

    Contact our friendly team via email or phone. We will talk through your requirements and tailor the perfect package for you. All events are unique and we pride ourselves on supporting you every step of the way in the planning of your event.

  • Step 2

    You will receive our quotation, verbal acceptance or acceptance via email will secure your date for 10 days. Within this time, a member of our team will visit your site to confirm suitability and talk through any specific ideas you would like to incorporate into your event.

  • Step 3

    A 25% deposit then secures your date! You can sit back and relax knowing your tipis are booked.

  • Step 4

    We remain in contact with you and keep track of how the event planning is proceeding. We can often help in other areas such suggesting caterers, photographers and florists etc.

  • Step 5

    We will be in contact 2 weeks prior of the event to confirm the put up/take down dates. We will, if possible make sure you have your tipis up 2 days before the event. This then leaves plenty of time for dressing the tipis and putting in those final touches.

  • Step 6

    We arrive and construct the tipis. This is truly the best part — watching them take shape! We encourage you to take as many photos and get as involved with this process as much as you can.

  • Step 7

    Now all that is left is to wow your guests with the amazing event you have put on!
